You’ve landed, collected your bags and made it through arrivals. You might even have had time to grab a sossie roll and some milk for that first brew back home.

The last thing you want now is to stand by an airport window, looking forlornly at the pickup lane and wondering when your car might appear.

That’s why we keep the arrival pickup simple. Unless you’ve booked a meet and greet, your SENDACAR driver waits nearby, off site, while you make your way through the airport. There’s no pressure to race through baggage reclaim because a car is already primed and ready to swing in for you. (All pick up zones have limited wait times, we hang about off site to minimise the cost)

Once you have everything and you’re ready to leave the terminal, send us a quick text or WhatsApp message. We’ll let you know where to head for, maybe you pre-arranged a meeting spot and the driver will let you know what car to look for. Your driver can then swing into the pickup zone, help you into the car and get you on your way home.

The aim is minimal waiting around: you take the time you need inside and we time the pickup around when you’re actually ready. No guessing whether the bags will take five minutes or fifty. No lingering outside wondering if you’ve missed us. Just a clear message and a plan you both know.
